They're awesome aren't they. I was fortunate to see them last October with Cannibal corpse and Cattle Decapitation.

You know what was crazy about the show? I had to do some research on this. The guitar player who is on that tour is their current bass player, Mikael Almgren. Their current guitar player, Anton Svedin, couldn't tour because he had to stay home with his pregnant wife. Their ex-bass player, Rikard Persson played bass for this tour. I know, I was confused trying to understand all this, too. :scratch: In other words, their current bass player had to play the guitars and solos live.

It's not unusual for musicians to play other instruments with skill but Soreption's music, IMHO, is not the easiest to play. Mikael did a really good job filling in for guitars. :hbang:

Yes, Anton Svedin is a monster player. I do prefer their first album, though.



The riff at :15 is so good.
