Howdy!
Up for sale here is my 2101. These have a great reputation around here (Sevenstring.org - View Profile: Chris ), as well as anywhere else you look! Arguably the best processor Digitech ever made, they're considered a real gem by many. Tons of information available about updating, tweaking, or programming these. For more info, check out The Great Digitech 2101 Pages
A manual for the standard 2101 is hard to come by, but here is a description of the Artist model (which this can be easily upgraded to with a new chip which surface on e-bay for around $20 (More info here: Digitech GSP2101 FAQ & Upgrade Page):
So, that's a little about the 2101 in general but onto the specifics of this one...
When I bought this around a year ago, it had just had a clipping diode replaced, as well as a new set of 12ax7 Groover Tubes put in. It's currently running firmware version 1.06.06, but that can be upgraded easily, as stated earlier.
I have never gigged with it, nor have I even put it in a rack... it just sat atop my power amp in the studio. I'd consider the condition to be "very good" as there is no real damage, and very few cosmetic issues at all for a unit it's age. There's a few scratches on the rack ears, but no more than you could expect from a unit of this type. See pictures below for more info:
As far as trading credentials go, you can check my iTrader rating, and I've also bought/sold on ebay as levelhead86 and hypnoticat19. I'm pretty active over here so you can PM me anytime, but if you need any other information quickly, you can contact me via AIM (xhypnotikillerx).
This item will be lovingly shipped from Schenectady, NY 12308; BTW.
I'm asking $200+ shipping... Will ship anywhere!
I really love this thing, but I'm trying to downsize, and switch to a head instead of a preamp+power amp. Best of luck, and I know this will find a good home with one of you guys.
