Brief & Accurate Description of guitar: Ibanez LA Custom Shop Rusty Cooley personal guitar. January 2009 ss.org GOTM
Spec:
- 3 piece maple neck
- Rosewood fretboard
- 24 Dunlop 6000 frets. last 4 scalloped
- Mahogany body with 10mm thick maple top
- Double Edge LoPro bridge with piezo system
- LR.Baggs piezo preamp
- EMG 707 neck and EMG 81-7 bridge pickup
- Flip flop chameleon paint (blue,green,purple)
- Full perloid binding (headstock, neck,body)
- Cooley cutaway on the lower body horn
Condition: +good for a touring guitar. Pain chip on front of the body near the trem. Two scratches on body, two small neck pochet cracks on the paint and neck crack on the nut screws. Nothing has moved or got worse with the cracks in 8 years.
Modifications (if any): Original strap pins replaced with Dimarzio Cliplock, bridge EMG 707 switched to EMG 81-7, tele style 3 way switched changed to Ibanez style 3 way.
Accessories (hardshell case etc): Ibanez OHSC, Dimarzio ClipLock strap
