IMovie 10.1 + El Capitan crashes constantly.

Suddenly IMovie 10.1 has decided to crash constantly and become unusable on my Mac. I never had trouble with it until I upgraded to El Crapitan. Earlier this week, I actually made two or three videos with it, but it suddenly started crashing nonstop last night while I was editing a new You Suck at Guitar video. Extremely lame.
Anyone know what's up?
