Went downstairs tonight and found a nice 4" deep pool of water covering about 1/2 of my basement

My hot water tank went....

It is kinda funny as i was considering making the finished half of the basement my studio....

luckily the finished part on got a slighty sooggy carpet iin a small area
my storage room on the otherhand is swamped... lots of stuff in there

hope my dehumidifier dont conk out before its all dried up
