Two rhythem parts are kicking my ass- i just can't get it right.

and 1:06 -> 1:38

I know I'm close but I figureed I'd ask see if anybody has any ideas. I'm actually embaressed to ask, since I was able to transcribe "As I Am" by ear and modify for a 7 string. Dunno what is wrong with me...
