Honestly that surprises me more they haven't done a lunchbox variant with just 2 channels and a single EQ.Yep I am kind of shocked it took them this long to release one.
Sort of hoping they do a 25 for a light grab and go at some point...
I think that might cut into the sales of the rumored IIC+ reissue they want to sell for big $$. Probably cut into the OG JP2C sales too.Honestly that surprises me more they haven't done a lunchbox variant with just 2 channels and a single EQ.
At this point there are so many variants and re-issues and "history of the Mark series packed into one amp" products that another one would, IMO, just muddy the product line.variant
They went from having a Mark 5 to Mark 7, the line's already all kinds of muddyAt this point there are so many variants and re-issues and "history of the Mark series packed into one amp" products that another one would, IMO, just muddy the product line.
I've used Marks on a handful of 1x12 cabs - open back, IMO, is the right way to go.
They do offer already 25w 1x12" combos, like the Badlander (in half the price) so why not?Yep I am kind of shocked it took them this long to release one.

Exactly.JP-2Cs are cool amps but there is nothing cool about a 1x12 combo amp lol. Especially if it's $4300.
Exactly. Why are we still making high gain open back combos in 2024?
Mark 5:25?Honestly that surprises me more they haven't done a lunchbox variant with just 2 channels and a single EQ.
No, JP2C. Give it a proper 6L6 power amp while we're at it like the MT15Mark 5:25?
Doctors and dentists still make the bank it seems.Definitely crazy price. Makes me wonder who can afford things like this these days with the economy tanking.
