Hum, the biggest departure from his ESP seems to be the DiMarzio pickups instead of the EMGs.

I thought his ESPs had Dimarzios, also--specifically the X2N in the bridge.

Of course, that dude could take a badly set-up Daisy Rock and make it wail...

IIRC, he switched away from EMGs right around the time of the "V" album. I saw him for the first time on that tour, and he was already using the white ESPs with the Dimarzios.

I'm curious to see what the neck joint looks like, although I assume it's just the normal Horus/Dellinger joint.

im sure the neck is not the same as the esp model, i read somewhere that has more curve diferent radius, michael play strats, before esp's

btw, Tone zone in the neck? O_O i use it on the bridge position of my guitar (well, i don't have a neck pick up either, but well) and omg, that shit SCREAMS. i'd like to test it on neck position, though.

I just saw one of these in the flesh today @ the 1st day of NAMM (expect a big thread later tonight). Beautiful, killer neck :yesway:
