More Oni tones

Finally got around to setting up my Waza head and Omega cab in my apartment. Settings are Waza Brown, modern cab response, 100 watts. Gain at 1ish channel volume at 9 (high channel volume simulates power amp saturation on this amp). Bass at 3, mids at 8, treble at 6.5, presence at 6. Same song as the other clip I posted a while back. Only one take and barely warmed up on lunch break.

I catch SO much flak for mine. But I love it. It sounds great and I don’t have to worry about tubes.

Ran it with my JHS Clover in front. Little tighter. Wish I could really crank it to get some air moving, as it stands I’m pushing my luck a bit. Anyway, here’s the results.

Thanks. I got tired of super heavy and I like things that sound really good harmonically. Rather than just another drop z death metal riff.
