My new RG7621BK

After owning an RG7421 I wanted to see how a trem equipped guitar would fare. So after trying the RG7620 I could say that I wasnt a trem guy - so here we are. Back at the top of the line fixed bridge RG7 made in the day.

I got it in good condition. It does have some belt scratches and dings on the back of the body near the output jack - but that doesnt bother me.

So I got it with a new7 and a SD JB7 in the bridge. Those pups went out and in went a new combo I was dying to try - DMZ EVO7 and AN7.

This has to be my favorite combo of pups - the evo7 is just brutal and the an7 is awesome for neck tones.

Planned upgraded:
1) Locking tuners - I really miss having my strings locked and thus want to get these tuners. Any chance they make these in white? would Schallers work?

Thanks - I feel like I have sufficiently customized a guitar to my liking. It plays amazingly - the neck is a bit different than my rg7620 but in a good way.

All i need to get are the locking tuners (im hoping for white) and maybe white knobs. Other than that I love how the pickguard looks on there.

Hmmm not sure... I used Schallers on my 7321 and just had to drill a pilot hole for the screws (or I should say the tech did, that was before I started doing all of my work myself...).
