Title says it all. Guitar is great so far, feels good to be able to tune down to Bb with 9-56 but I'll likely stick a set of 10 to 59 on there soon.

Bunding and the blue mirror finish really give this the classic late 90s early 00s 7 string look and as a 35 year old I'm loving that.

I'm not fussy when it comes to neck carve etc but the neck as your expect from a prestige is very fast. I lucked out and hot a reasonably dark board as well.

Dimarzio fusion pickups sound great as well the guitar generally sounds thick and percussive.

Case is also huge and crocodile finish!

Congrats & hngd!

Despite of all the hate they get these days, fusions are really something different in a good way to me. My rgd61al sounds quite bright & responsive and just with a little eq touch, especially the lows can cut through the mix much better than all my schecter’s without getting harsh or inorganic. Dang, i’d love to have the coil split option on these.

I think you're thinking of the 2077XL (although this one is closer to the 1077XL with the Lo Pro). The 2027XL is a current guitar in the Ibanez lineup.

Great guitar, regardless.

Really enjoyed playing it the limited time I've had with it so far. Blasting out summoning redemption on it has been very satisfying
