Purchased this new Caparison M3 MJR Sig. today for a reduced price from Music Land Key. Had an EVH D-tuna installed. The DiMarzio X2N is crazy hot but I like it, the neck is super smooth and very comfortable. Thinking about possibly installing a rotary switch to have a broader range of tone between the pickups or maybe a tone pot and a simple toggle switch to split the coils. It'll probably stay stock for a while though..

Very nice dude! Are you a Symphony X fan or was it just the right guitar for you?

Thank you gentleman. I couldn't say that I am a Symphony X fan as I've never really listened to them. I've wanted a Dellinger II M3 for a while now and was having a hard time finding one as they are discontinued. I thought that this guitar was as close to one as I could get and with the addition of the DiMarzio's and the reduced, in-store price it couldn't be beat.

Thank you! Definitely loving this guitar, all ready looking into what Caparison to buy next. I really want a Dellinger II CL10 or CL12, so damn hard to come by though..Perhaps a Joel sig. if they come out with his new Dellinger Prototype as a production model. If not, maybe a TAT CL14 before they become hard to get.
