PICS FIRST!
Ibanez RG8520-SDE which is Sodalite. Built in 2018 and were only made between mid-2017 to mid-2019 and quite a rare finish for an RG from what I can tell. This model of course has the 3 way toggle which is my jam. Beautiful build work through out. The J custom team really live up the the hype, and this is my first time with a J custom and I've very impressed.
Dimarzio Fusion Edge pups which I actually really enjoy. They dont seem to be everyones cup o' tea but I really dig them.
I bought this from Guitar Center unseen from overseas, and the only issue is it didnt have a case or trem arm (so I bought a case over there for it to be shipped in and had a spare arm here) Also had to arrange a forwarding shipping service and find out where the MOP and Abalone came from, from Ibanez themselves to be able to export it to me in the UK, which cost WAY more than I expect but worth it. The MOP and Abalone come from Australia and New Zealand if anyone's interested
Frets need a bit of a polish but all in all, its glorious and I love it. Just can't go wrong with an ibby
BONUS PIC! I also got an RG1527 in cosmos black a few weeks ago too and am about to do a body swap on it so more of that to come in the future! That's a crunch lab in the bridge and I will likely get a Liquifire for the neck to complete that classic set.
BONUS BONUS PIC! My cat moxy can't believe how cool my guitar collection is becoming...
