Well it's got a brighter attack for sure than the ABM and Hipshot, so probably not a good idea on an already ultra bright guitar. It sits very low, sort of like a Floyd Rose but as a hardtail so it's very comfortable if that's the sort of bridge you like. The Duvells do have a forearm rest but it's not very pronounced, extremely comfortable however
