It's three months since I have this guitar, I was willing to write a review but I'm not too good at it so I'll just post a late NGD thread. :) Photos are made by Skervesen Team, I don't have any of mine because I'm on holidays since the last two months.

It has a basswood body, 5pc maple/walnut neck, maple fretboard, luminlay dots, hipshot hardware, locking tuners, stainless steel frets, World Domination Mod and a BKP AlNiCo Nailbomb(b)/VHII(n) combo. It sounds both very bright and fluidly, sits well in the mix and IMO the nailbomb lacks the low end a little in this wood combination, it doesn't have too much character - I will probably be switching it to a warpig in the very future if I won't find myself a band or anything. VHII is amazing on coilsplit, overally great guitar actually, neck profile is the best I've ever tried, especially on 7-strings. I highly recommend Skervesen Guitars to anyone both because they make awesome guitars and because they are a bunch of cool, passionate guys who share their interest of playing/making these guitars.

In fact, it has much smaller grains - the colour strongly depends on the room's lightning. I would compare it to a EBMM John Petrucci Signatures, these have a very similar type of lacquer.

Thanks, indeed the NGD was very happy and when I'll get back to Poland, I'm going to have one again because I didn't have too much time to mess with this babe :)

you didn't by chance base it off of this right?

sick guitar though!

Nope, Skervesens made a prototype of a body (as far as I know, it was based on EBMM) and I ordered all the rest (just thought that the maple fretboard will look awesome with this body). Mine looks darker and more blue, even in very bright lightning.

However, I am a big Periphery fan, both the music and Misha's photographing skills; I really love the design of a guitar Skervesen made for him, that's a pity he didn't share any sound samples.

Damn. The guys over there really know how to pull off just about any finish, don't they? Lol. This is the only sparkle finish I've seen from them so far and it's awesome. I can only imagine that the pics can't do it justice.

This one has a red sparkle twin. It was really damn hard to choose between them. ;)

This is a great looking guitar man! I really like the blue sparkle with that fretboard. The dot inlays are sweet too!

Loving not only the finish but the understated inlays. I've always loved those kind of "moving" designs.
