It arrived.
It’s real. And it’s spectacular.
While I have many… made in Mexico, China, Japan, and the USA… I think this one sounds the best and plays as good as any.
Also, you all suck. You guessed it right away. I’m that predictable I guess.
Quilt tops are hit or miss, especially when you buy sight unseen. I lucked out with this one because it pops in person. On to the pics for the not so big reveal…

The neck and headstock have this awesome vertical line thing going on like a nice pair of corduroy pants. Meanwhile the fretboard is roasted but looks grimy like the Relic Frankenstein guitars.
Now where can I get my hands on a matching quilted maple dildo…

I've only had two EVH Standard series. Same guitars, but completely different quality / playability and built at different fabrics. One of them I regret selling, the other not at all.
