Those b7’s and b8’s were such sleepers for a long time. Fantastic playing, comfy guitars that just looked a little doofy, and they were CHEAP

JP12-7 joins the collection!
It is my second 7 string ever. Haven't bought another since I ordered my Carvin in 2010. I just needed to fill the niche of an extended range guitar with a trem.

Ceappy lighting for pictures, but here it is anyways

Very nice. love the color.
It's a gorgeous color. A little subdued. In real life the sparkles are more of a deep red wine on black than brown like in those pictures. From 10 ft away you can't tell whether it's a black or a dark maroon-ish guitar. Very classy color.

Probably doing an NGD sometime soon with better pictures. Hard to photograph.

Snapped a photo of my 1999 S7420FMTT….i used it to record for my band’s upcoming album. Really nice to play this guitar again. Some great tones, especially for cleans.

Awesome top on that! I was close to buying one of those last year but found a 7620 I couldn't pass up.

Does yours have stock pickups?

Haha they do! And fingerprints, gee. Although I've been playing it a lot, so no dust on it for now except between the pickups and under the strings.
Funnily enough, I JUST got done writing the NGD post for it.

I tried to clean off the dust before taking pics :p
