Both mics are in great condition, and don't let the prices fool you. Both are actually EXCELLENT budget mics, and both models (not these specifically) have been used on professional recordings. The ST55 is very good on acoustic guitar and singing vocals, and the ST55 can be used on pretty much every source you can throw at it, though it excels at distance, larger capture applications (ie an intimate single-mic'ed singer songwriter session or as a center room mic for a drum set).

The ST55 is the older model without the buffer switch or the HP filter option. In this case, buyer pays shipping.
