The t.racks vm-100 vs phonic ppc900e

sooooo, I'm after a rack mount power-strip with surge protection for a good price...

I saw the phonic, looked good and the voltage metre was a cool bonus.

then, I saw the t.racks vm-100 which essentially seems like a clone but is much cheaper.

anyone have any experience?

I would go for the phonic too, because the t racks doesn't seem to stabilise input power.
