Just curious are the max velocity hits nice and strong? Only after buying SD3 did I read about the weak max velocity hits of the core library. I confirmed this to indeed be true compared to other libraries like Metal Foundry. The kick hits seem to be fine in SD3 but the snares, toms, even the ride hits are extremely weak. I've been looking at Progressive Foundry especially cause it has DW Collectors toms like Metal Foundry (which are my preferred toms) and just want to make sure there's no issues yet unbeknownst to me before I drop the cash. Thanks in advance!

I've got the progessive SDX, for a few years now. No issues. If you stick with one kit for a track, you can just adjust volume vs the midi hits strength if you need more oomph. Prog SDX doesn't come across as lightly played with midi values over 100. Good luck
