Transferring MIDI info from mac to pc

My buddy is programming drums in Logic on a mac and we will ultimately transfer them to my pc where we will use Cubase and Superior Drummer. Will transferring between DAWs and going mac to pc present any problems? I've never done this before.

If it's going as midi is shouldn't make any difference at all seeing as midi is a universal language. It might not have any automation he puts on though but you can always bounce down each part to an individual track e.g. kick, snare etc and then take them across as well.
