Tremolo bridge too tight / stiff - Is there any solution ?

Hello!

I have a charvel pro mod so cal 2 and ( compared to my schecter nick johnston ) its tremolo bridge feels too stiff and tight! I did remove one spring and i use 8 - 38 strings... but again it feels so difficult to use it and also it affect the overall tension of the strings. Is there any solution ?

How many springs you using? With 8s I'd expect to run it with 2

i use 2

You can get springs that are less stiff, but it sounds like there may be something wrong with the bridge.

Is this a new guitar?
