Sorry if this isn't the right section. Saw this on IG and I can't help but need it now. Appears to be a steinberger-adjacent 31 fret super long scale baritone. Anyone have any idea?Screen Shot 2023-06-22 at 7.11.12 PM.png

Looks to be one of Allan Holdsworth's DeLap baritones. He wanted to tune lower, but be able to use the same string gauge as usual and at the same tension as 25.5" scale. He just had them keep adding lower frets until he got to where he wanted. He had a few made for different tunings, this one looks like the 36" scale one he called "Boris" and tuned to Bb. I think he had two others that were 34" and 38", tuned to C and A respectively. Super cool instruments!

Yup 'reverse capo' guitar as nicely explained above.
Closest thing we have currently at 33" with the same concept https://sago-nmg.com/guitarbass/kotetsu/

If you custom order, Sago can probably make the above guitar. They just made two fret extension seven string for a customer. Of course, a full Sago is going to cost more than their import SEED line.
