I'm sorry. That's not "B-stock." "B-stock" implies functionally perfect, with cosmetic issues. That's "Non-functional."

This looks like it might as well be the U.S. version of Emperion. Cheap Chinese construction, photoshops on the webpage, and that monstrosity for sale as a "guitar." That's not an instrument, that's painted firewood with strings on it.

I agree. I understand that coming up with new shapes and ideas is very, very difficult but they could have at the very least approached you for permission. Whether or not you said yes and they respected your decision, or if you required a licensing fee etc., it would have been fair business. What they're doing is just blatant concept stealing.
