Your opinion about some guitars.

if you must choose one of the following cheaper 7 or 8 string guitars to play Death Metal, which one would you buy & why

Of all those specifically I would grab an Omen 7. You're going to want a longer scale length. No real reason to go with the Omen 7 Extreme unless you like the aesthetics of it. Really I fuckin hate all your options though. I don't like TOM bridges.

If it was my choice I would grab an Agile 727 of some kind.

1/2" longer scale length. More ergonomic. Way prettier (in my opinion).
I'm a fan of Agile since my 828 came out of the box playing fucking perfectly and held tune very well.

Totally agree with Bearitone.
I don't specially like any of those. I don't hate TOMs thou but from the list I would choose the Omen 7. Might feel more or less the same as the Demon-7 and it's cheaper (correct me if I'm wrong) and the passive sized pickups open your possibilities por a pickups swap in the future more than with active housing.
