We have a “post your pedalboard 2022” thread I found, but eh.

This is a before/after. I have my MC8 to put on at some point and there’s room for the 5150 switch if I so choose. This was my tour board so I have zero plans to buy anything else. SD-1 and OD808 will be interchangeable. My fuzzrocious secret c is technically on the market.

Shoutout my buddy for both tidying this up and lending me a strat. And lending me a fuzz face that he will probably sell thus I will buy haha.

My kinda thread. That JHS reverb is great, my buddy has one and it sounds really good.

This is just about to get scrapped and re-done as I've got a pedaltrain pro+flight case, Walrus Audio Phoenix power supply, and a Meris Mercury 7 on the way. I just built this board last year, too. My best DIY job yet, all from wood I found at the dump. Sun Face is sitting where the Pharaoh usually goes, it sounds rad but the fact that it's battery-only annoys me. I will probably sell or trade it eventually.

The Freeze goes after the DarkStar (which is going back to OBNE to have the Hold function modded to latching soon) so I can freeze whatever it's holding, and then start fucking with the DarkStar pitch knobs to make weird shit happen. A very mini-synth for drones.

The ABY>EHX720 lets me send a loop to either or both amps currently (or wet amps, dry amp, or both in a W/D/W setup). I do a lot of layering and shit gets real muddy in one amp. The Mercury 7 will be on one of the 720's outputs for W/D/W.

Using the Expression Ramper in LFO mode to turn the Life Pedal's octave into a warbly tremolo-like effect, sounds fucking rad, big shoutout to PedalZone for teaching me that trick.

The rest is pretty self-explanatory. Tuner, reverb first for shoegaze bullshit, dirt section, volume into reverb+delay for swells. EQ because EQ.

Have you played with this thing? It's pretty cool for arranging layout ideas. I have a pedaltrain novo18 and have a whole bunch of configurations saved on my phone from this. The only real problem is it can be easy to misjudge how much space you will actually end up needing for cable connectors lol, but the pedals seem to generally be of scale.

Thanks for the link, I will check it out. I'm pretty visual/kinesthetic, I'll rip everything apart and play legos for a couple hours with everything I want on the board before attaching anything. That's how I sized the current board, which was perfect until I bought more pedals lmao

Don't mind the dog hair (I have a German Shepherd)

Current guitar board:

First pedal has been: OS2, SD1, DS1, ST2, PureSky or whatever else I have to put in front.
With the AxeFx I prefer the SD1, but into my Origin 20 I'm liking a bit more distortion.

Bass board:

This probably won't change for a while, if ever. I wish I had gotten to this point years ago when I was gigging.

I've posted a slightly different version of mine before, but I've re-configured everything since.

Homemade board, uber-cheap expression pedal because I only use it to wank off with the wah in the RP360 every now and then. I have an actual crybaby that I might put on there, but probably not, because I prefer the ability to limit the range that the RP360 gives me. I like full pedal sweep with limited frequency range.

I have a Plumes OD that used to live on here but it causes noise when it's next to everything else.

The stupidly large MIDI controller is connected to a GSP1101.

Edited to say I have no patience for neat wiring (obviously) and I change things too much to get any fancier than this.

Hell yeah. Constant evolution right? Lol

What do you think of the JHS verb? Like it? Love it? Just hanging out for a while?
Decided if i have an old NMV amp i might as well have the fuzz flavours to hit it with . One or two more to go.

I like the JHS verb, though I havent used it lately. Does the big sound without total wash I wanted, given Im not using a loop. Factor in the price and its hard to beat.
