Republicans: “How come none of you other republican billionaires will help him pay his bills?! Shame on you”. The RNC is going to use donations marked for candidates to run campaigns instead to pay Trump’s legal bills. And Fox News, RNC, and Trump are begging voters to send money to the Trump legal defense fund.
Meanwhile Trump: “I’m worth $10B”.

Come on dude, drop it. Getting old. Lets just agree to permanently disagree. We all come from different backgrounds and have achieved whatever we have in life by methods unique to each of us. I have my views. You have yours. That's it.

I agree, it’s certainly getting old constantly having to chase the next tax bracket. Each time I’ve pulled myself up by the bootstraps, it’s time to do it again!
Finally make $50K a year a few years back, got to live comfortably for a few months, then budgeting again as the cost of everything rose then up to $60K, same thing, comfort for a little while then back to budgeting…..now I’m up to a little over $70K and I’m not even taking a second to think I’ll be comfortable, I’m just staying on a budget because I can’t trust that the people that run this country are actually going to do a damn thing to slow the COL from rising.
COL always rises. Always has. No matter what one makes, people should be frugal and plan for worst case.

Am I? Or is it the person who uses the forum as a tool to inflate their sense of self worth?
Maybe use the time you spend here to do something like get your work done? People wonder why they get laid off. Well, when YOU are eventually, I'm sure your loss of productivity because of spending your day on here will factor into that. Then you'll cry that the world is cruel and corporations are evil and you deserve this and that.

Yet you find the time to grace us with your presence in some way that is definitely totally fine and responsible for you, but lazy and irresponsible for everyone else to do.
What a strange and pointless thing to try to brag about. Either you happen to start earlier than him, which is meaningless, or you're one of those people who boasts about working 70 hour weeks, in which case I do feel sorry for you. I love how this is presented with not even a whiff of criticism. Yeah, we know COL always rises. That's the problem, my dude.
If you had the level of financial success you claim, then you wouldn't make the comments you have in the past about affording this and that. Kinda doesn't jive.
You'd also be shocked at what I make combined between my normal job and my subcontract work on the side. Shocked. So, take the ego down a bit.

If you had the level of education you claim, you would understand my points about the difference between having the money to buy something and being able to afford it.
I guarantee you I would not be impressed with how much you make, especially given you have to work outside of normal work hours to hit whatever number that is. And the fact that I'm less than 4 years into my career while you've had decades to save up and work your way up the ladder.

By god, not only is he tough as nails in the middle school halls, he's also hardworking and rich. I'm certainly inspired.
