    There are TONS on youtube. Just search whatever scale you're using in the search bar with 'backing track' after and you should be good to go. Any backing track will do since you can play as simple or complex as you like with your playing :)

    I don't know if it's the same with the PodHD. But I find a similar background fizz with my PodXt can be fixed by turning down the output slightly. Worth a shot I suppose.
