Hey, how long does Fractal usually run their sale? I assume the $2100 price on their site isn't going to last long.
Considering selling *my* tremoverb now...
I guess it depends on what I'm playing. If I'm slamming the open bar chords in an Underoath, Chariot kinda way, I'll put it on tube mode but for anything fast I'll put it on diodes. Still learning the amp so I could be talking out of my ass lol
sick, can't wait to say how my tremoverb automatically sounds better because it's "pre-gibson"
I thought Gibson was in financial trouble as of recent?

tl;dr, our perception of different frequencies depends on how loud something is. I don't know the exact knowledge first hand on how that relates to mixing and making shit sound better but generally, loud = nice barring a few notable examples :P...
annoyed that they're not going to reveal anything, as seems to be the case with a lot of modern promo. hype hype hype.
I hope they take some inspiration from the people who have been doing clones like Abominable and Long Wolf (lol). Also remember seeing a comment wishing for a switch to change...
I also just got a TOV about a month or so!
I'm kinda with you on the cleans, like they're *fine* but they're not amazing. Maybe it needs new tubes, who knows lol. HNGD!
Just felt like chiming in on the Chicago discussion. Anyone ever go to Riot Fest? Loved taking the blue line from my buddy's place over to pink line over by Douglass Park.
Just bought it a few days ago. The 5150 sim is my favorite 5150 sim I've played through.
Amp #2 also gets some sick melodic hardcore tones in the vein of Rise Against, and a really convincing Green Day tone.
It's super inspiring to play through, tbh.
For some reason the thought of Periphery rerecording P1 popped in my head again and I got excited.
I hate to stan that record, but dang dude, it still fucks and hearing a more "organic" take on it would be super neat.
Oh I 100% agree. Have been doing that and messing with the cut knob on my Tokyo Drive as well as using a klone to boost the front end. Love the Nazgul for sure, but the BW is something else...
Just wanted to give more praise for the BW.
My band plays 7's and I have a nazgul/sentient in it. It's great, but it's a very clinical pup. Every time I plug in my KM6 I'm astonished at the amount of harmonic richness in my sound. It has all the articulation I need but with a ton more...
Blue is one of my favorite albums of all time.
I'm really excited to see where they go. BTW, anyone have a philly fuzz pedal? I know they're a big fan of that company
