So I have had the boss NS-2 for years and never really used the loop on it.
I have watched every youtube video out there on how to use this pedals with and without an FX loop on your amp...
However I am confused with one thing. Lets say I have 3 noisy front end pedals, and 3 time based FX...
So I play at my computer a lot... so much that my computer desk always has amps and cabs on it so I decided to enter the new world of Amp simulators.
I went to GC and bought A DI box, an interface and some headphones to use... well I CANNOT GET ANYTHING to work properly...
Seems like every...
This guitar is the Schecter Blackjack SLS Solo 6 hell's gate guitar in blue I have had forever it seems.
I decided that I wanted to put in a new switch and or new pots like I have done in the passed with other guitars...
This is my only guitar with a stupid push/pull tone coil split thingy...
I have the above amp... its about 9 years old.
The problem:
Presence control on both channels- They use seperate pots for each channel. This knob suddenly does NOTHING until you hit about 9/10 then you get 100 percent presence, anything below 8.5-9 you get ZERO presence. This acts the same...
I just got in a schecter Sun Valley Shredder and MAN do I like this guitar!
Its brand new, and I did notice something odd. The high E strings intonation saddle is all the way forward... however the intonation is correct this way.

So I like the pick right? Great? so what? Problem is... that material shreds so quick! Give me about 20 minutes...
Whats goin on?
I have owned quite a few different guitar speakers from different brands. I own a made in UK marshall 4x12 with the stock G12t 75s which I really like.
I recently decided to take my man o war 8ohm out of my 1x12 and try out a V30.
All my amps are setup for 16ohm, so I went...
Hey there folks. I have not said anything on here in many years!
I own 2 amps worth mentioning... and Orange dark terror.. and a Peavey 6505 112.
I have a half stack and a 1 12 ccab, so I have that part under control for my taste.
Anyway... I am stuck between a few amps: I don't really...
If you look through forums, and posts especially those of Marshall amp owners you will hear good things about this German made tube from the 70s called the RFT. :yesway...
