Thanks a lot bro. The metal scene is just 4 or 5 decent underground bands that play a couple of DIY gigs a year. It's mostly extreme metal though. We are the only modern sounding metal band here. Yeah India has some fantastic metal. Haha, we complain all the time about being in Pakistan where...
Well, we plan on putting the rest of the album up on bandcamp, this song is free though. It's just a 4 song EP though so we won't be charging much as is. Appreciate the enthusiasm :yesway:
Yeah, we had a very ghetto mic setup on the drums so had to use the triggered samples and they just didn't come out authentic sounding enough.
Thanks for the feedback.
Hey,
We are a band from Pakistan and have been working on this Instrumental album for a while now. We really put our hearts and souls into this so please give it a listen and we would love your feedback.

Hey,
I own a coil-tapped Carvin DC800. I am in a 6 string metal band and I am currently working on my own 8 string indie project as well (usually play with single coils on those songs). I don't want to limit myself to any genre so I need pickups that can do the same.
The current Kiesel...
Hey,
I'll be honest. All this gauge talk really confuses me. So I'll need your help in picking out the perfect string pack.
So I recently changed the strings on my DC800 and the 8th string was relatively tight as compared to the D'Addario 10s i replaced them with. I drop tune them to E so...
The more you can do with it and the easier it is to use. For example, Reaper doesn't have flexing/quantizing capabilities, Logic does. Logic let's you freeze tracks to save up memory in massive projects, Reaper has no such option. Logic comes with a library of professional sounding loops and...
It all depends on your preference. Reaper is on par with any other DAW to be honest.
My personal preference is Logic Pro 9. I don't think the DAW has anything to do with 'audio quality', that all depends on your signal chain and mixing/mastering capabilities.
Hey,
I recently purchased a Carvin DC800. Everything is great, except the Passive Keisel pickups. Don't get me wrong, they are incredible for stock pickups, however, the gain and clarity just isn't where I want it to be.
My band plays six string songs because my rhythm guitarist doesn't own...
I play a Carvin DC800. It was a little hard getting used to playing my bands 6 string songs on it, but that period only lasted a week of two. If you play on Drop Db tuning or Drop C then you can tune your 7th string as Db or C so that if you accidentally hit the 7th string while playing it...
