I want to know if there's some tonal difference (for high gain) if you tune a 6 string guitar to B and if you use a 6 string in standard E but downpitching it to B with a pedal

one thing that i never liked about the jackson headstocks is that they have more angle than for example the LTD's ones, i'm wondering if all the jackson models are the same???
