We had a few people like that when I was in high school, one was a cheerleader (who was mad they wouldn't let him wear a skirt), and the other danced ballet style to "Survivor" by Destinys Child at the talent show.
Both denied it. I believe the cheerleader guy eventually came out and noone cared. (Which IMO is how it should be, noone cares if you're straight, why should anyone care if you're gay? Oh right... Religious folk...) I can't wait for the day when things like skin color and sexual orientation become non-issues. So we, as a race, can move on.
