Okay, so, fairly specific specs here...

Does anyone know of a seven-string HH or HS Tele with a pickguard and at least a 26.5" scale length? I can barely find any custom builders that do this, let alone manufacturers. The only real one I can find is the ESP Jon Deiley signature, which is lovely, but very rare and quite expensive.

Thanks!

Since you are in the UK Waghorn, Daemoness, Carillion and Feline Guitars could make those specs since they are all custom shops.

I'm sure Wirebird would build that too since they specialise in Teles.

The stephen carpenter T7B would be right up your alley. 27" scale, 7 string HH tele with pickguard.

The LTD version runs around 1k usd
you could also pick up a reasonably specced kiesel TL7 for 1.2k or so, though I imagine being in england it'll add some expense for shipping/customs.
a chapman 7 string tele runs around 600 usd.
schecter has the hellraiser hybrid pt-7 at 1000usd, though other pt-7s are like 500 usd used.

Spoke to the guy(s?) at Wirebird, and he said that he tried a 7-string before, but that it just didn't work out, and that's he's not planning on building one again.

Waghorn, Daemoness, and Carillion seem to be leaning more to the more 'super-'x'/exotic' style guitars than a traditional Tele.

Michael Kelly listed on Reverb for only $415. For the price, you could gut it and ( assuming that it feels good in your hands) throw in upgraded pickups, pots, etc, etc. I know that these aren't "great" guitars" but I've seen many more positive reviews on the brand than negative. I personally think that this particular one looks awesome... 26.5" too!

Did he say why a Wirebird 7 didn't work out?

While all those companies make more super strat/exotic style shapes they can still make you a tele shape and customise anything from there.

Here are two Carillion did:

Why not ltd sct7b?
2nd this. Fits all your specs.
I have a customized Wolf guitars 27" 7st tele which turned out nice (after replacing... basically everything except for the neck and body).

It looks great, but the middle humbucker instead of a neck humbucker is just...weird. It defeats the purpose of having a second pickup IMHO, and I also don't really like the bridge, from personal experience.

If you're okay with Iron Labels and EMGs, Ibanez has a new 7-string FR.

Dino Cazares has even played one with his own pickups in it.

It just looks like a mis-shapen Tele, doesn't have a pickguard, and has a very 'modern' aesthetic, which I'm not really going for, to be honest.

The bridge pickup or the bridge itself? Have you tried the middle pickup? If not, I wouldn't write it off until you try it.

The bridge itself, sorry. String-thrus like that have just never felt 'right' to me. And I haven't tried the middle pickup, no, but I can't imagine it'd be wildly different from the bridge, that's all.

I have a Jericho Fusion 7. 27" scale, Hipshot bridge, Grover locking tuners, comes with Duncan Nazgul/Sentient set, but I have Dimarzios. There is another Tele on Jericho's website however only 6 string, but if you email them they can custom order you one. Built in WMI Korea, same as PRS, Schecter, Chapman. Mine's built like a tank and sounds massive.

I don't mean to come across as ungrateful, but I really am looking for a standard tele shape with a pickguard. I appreciate the responses though :)

I know of numerous 7-string teles without a pickguard, but I just don't like the look of them.

You could install a pickguard on one of the aforementioned models if that's an important aspect to you. A CnC'd pickguard for what you want shouldn't be too difficult/expensive?
