I know a lot of mods existing for passive pickups. But what any other cool mods, other than the classic 18v mod, exist for active ones???

Most active pickups are epoxy sealed, so no. Unless you count the modular Blackout system, but that's really more of passive pickups hooked up to a preamp than true all-in-one active pickups.

Same goes for active bass pockups.

Not really a mod, but have you tried running the pickups with no tone control? I tried this on my 9v EMGs (81s, Het Set) and the volume increased with more treble content. If you have quick connect wiring it is pretty easy to give it a go.
