Gonna buy a DI box to record my guitar direct along with the Helix. This is for guitar and bass. For recording at home, not to be used live.
I know you can use the Helix USB out 7 for DI, I'm not going to do that.
Walrus Canvas Mono is passive, looks promising. But it's new so there's not much info to compare it with the others.
BSS AR133 has a lot of good reviews, it's active. But seems more for live than studio?
Radial J48 seems to be the best but I have to order it online which is a pain.
There's also IK Multimedia ZTone DI which has tone shaping features. (Which is something that I welcome). But I don't know.
Any DI coloration is something that I welcome, as long as the result is good.
