The high E string intonation screw came out when I loosened it too much. I was able to get it back in but something is off now.

Is there any way I can get the saddle back in position without taking it apart?

Your saddle is located all the way at the front stop. Tighten the tuning peg until the saddle moves into zone 2, indicated by the note staying constant, and perform all your adjustments there. I suggest watching our animated tutorial video series to master the EverTune setup:

Thanks! I had to take the bridge out to get the intonation screw back in first. Then I was able to reset the saddle.
