Guitar 3D Render

Hey guys, unfortunately i do not build guitars(i wish i could), but i'm really into guitar autoral designs, 3D modeling and renders. Here are some renders made by me I hope you like it! PS.: I do not own some of this design and i'm not affiliated to those companies, i do not sell thos plans/3d model.

Wow these are cool! What program do you use to make these? Do you draw them from scratch or do you import a picture and trace?

Nice... some of the guitars look like they have a flat fingerboard, is it on purpose or...? I'm also curious on the software used... Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Lightwave, other...? Also, what was the process from the scratch?

@dmlinger with this level of detail, these guitars aren't traced from photos, @Xibuque must have had access to vector tracing and/or dimension plans (tech drawings and info)... right?

Yep, some radius are flat for pure laziness of mine haha! Most of them were made just to post on my social media as a hobby, contests or fan art like the caparison ones.

Some of this models does not have technical drawing, plans, dimensions on the web, so i have different aproaches to trace them by using pictures, seeing tons of pics in diferente angles, from the scratch, asking firends for real dimensions, scaling process... yep I know... all pics has distortions caused by the lens, so I try to adjust the pics to correct it as good as i can. In some cases when it's made just for render purpose i dont take it to the technical drawing level, but i do when i wanna practice, and all my own designs are made as technical drawing.

Unfortunatly most of the plans on the web has grotesques mistakes on the technical drawing, like wrong dimentions, wrong quotes, wrong or sloppy contours, missing contour lines on the carved top ones, irregular lines/curves, lines that do not connect between each others, which is pain to export and use them to the 3d modeling process. So it always culminate in rework... sometimes is easier by making my onw stuff from the scratch.... it happens mostly with cad stuff (dwg, dxf) on the web. This makes me believe that the only way to trace an accurate replica is by having the real guitar in your hands.
Ps.: 95% of the hardware i have modeled, Ive using plans provided by the factories.

This is the way... in a push/push momentary button like a kill switch, so one can play ryhtms with it... and fart at the song's tempo...

Grabbing a new laptop specifically for modelling and rendering soon, I love your detail and realism. Fantastic work!
