About to order some from McMaster, this drawing shows them taking a 2.5mm hex key. Conveniently, that's also the size you need for the saddle screws on a Floyd so you should have one (along with a 3mm one) hanging off the back of your headstock already. I guess the screwdriver bit is more convenient.
When taking the current screws off I found out that basically the only (simplest) way is to sort of force them out, since the bottom ends have dented threads, so they don't want to just come off. I used pliers and some cloth in between so you dont scratch the top of the screws.
But when watching a youtube video and scrolling the comments I came to the conclusion that the screws are softer material and taking them out should not cause damage to the baseplates threads. Mine are just fine.
