purple+ gold= good
blue + gold = good
both+ gold = bad.

If they'd reversed the burst with the blue on the inside and blended the purple along the edges it would look cooler too.

I don't have a Kiesel to contribute, but my OG Carvin I specced when I was 18 hasn't stayed as cool as I thought it was back in the day. Gold with bird's-eye board and abalone topped knobs? A mood for sure

This is too nice for this thread. Abalone knobs aren't to my taste, but if the worst thing I can say about a guitar is that I don't like the knobs, it's a pretty good looking guitar.
