Lowering a ZR trem? (HELP)

I have an Ibby S5EX1 with a ZR trem. I want to experiment with lowering the action because I think its a bit high and hindering playing as a result. I was wondering if there are any pros on this topic that can help, I really don't want to screw up my guitar and then have to pay to have it set up.

first thing is determine if they use a locking stud (I can't remember) If so, once that is loosened turn counterclock to raise and clock to lower.

I figured that was the way, but didnt want to make any hasty moves on my guitar. Thank you very much. Now if I could just figure out how to properly assess and adjust my truss rod.

Ok, adjusting your Bridge height or truss rod is basic stuff. Do not treat your guitar like it is made of fine china. YouTube will have a video on just about anything guitar related, especially tech stuff. You just need to work out what to type when you are searching eg ibanez zr tremolo setup....ibanez truss rod adjustment etc etc
