Rob the NCHC is on! Haha bigtime hockey fan here. Might have to refinish the headstock in sticktape for authenticity
Kmanick; I'm the exact opposite, I love having the knob there or even closer so I can continually check to make sure its on full! Or to shutup the amp in a hurry. I do have a halfhalf tube in there thats temporamental (pantera thread represent!) so I'll blame that for the noise. 81-7/707 sound great in it. If I were to swap it'd be for the blackouts. I have those in my slsmg and they match it perfectly. Of course this guitar is different in every possible way tonally and the emg's fit it perfectly.
