NGD! Imbuya/Imbuia/Brazilian Walnut quad topped Carillion Guitars that I had Chris build me. It came out pretty insane! Dude knows how to build masterpieces. All kinds of exotic woods in this one. Specs are in the last pic. Definitely a 10/10 build. I’m gonna give it a good run this weekend when the wife and kiddo are out of town 😂

Oof, the lines on that thing are pretty much perfect.

Congrats!

Carillon is definitely on my bucket list, congrats OP! This looks nothing short of stellar, as expected if Chris.

Off topic, but reverse headstock on a lefty is a complete mind-fuck visually.

The laminations on this really pay off. The back is better looking than the front!

Bog oak for the body is an interesting choice. How much does it weigh?

Stunning! God I need to treat myself to one of these at some point. Hopefully sooner rather than later! Very jealous.

Made backwards, then strung backwards!
Does that make it double backwards, or the right way round again?

Thanks man! Im actually really liking the quad cortex. It does really well at captures. Really like capturing my OD pedals and my amps and just using it for quick jamming sessions.
They made it backwards!

Seriously, that is very pretty. How's it play?
AND its upside down so a double whammy . It plays great. The neck is a nice D profile and not to wide, which I like. Im actually really digging the Bkp's polymath pups. Great for articualtion without the piercing highs. And of course all the fretwork is flawless like always.
