That is totally a fresh and beautiful, sophisticatedly simple 8 string designs, honestly one of the best 8 string customs Ive ever seen. I’m ALMOST jealous, but I barely play 7 string well enough to deserve a custom 8!

This is well under the tension limit. The low B and low F# strings have much less tension on them than treble strings common to all six-string guitars. Unless you ran really heavy gauge strings or a super long scale, the tuners are good.
