Big things like this take time. Grover has been busy with his own product, Sully, and Friedman. The collaboration is moving forward but has also changed a little bit with what Grover will be producing. I can't go into details with what that is at this point in time though.

Yes. They arrived at the workshop before NAMM and we ended up having the string muters/fret wraps made by Gruv Gear so they're in motion too.

We decided to give Grover a break, so he could expand the Friedman deal, rather than add considerable stress by throwing in a design he was unfamiliar with. Then add in that we expanded the GTR line to double what we intended, shipped four times more than we ever hoped to, added distributors, and dealers, moved into a much bigger factory that needed considerable work (and then had to try and catch up), developed the worlds first 3D guitar designer, added three staff, signed multiple endorsees, had a baby, flew around the world three times to keep the business expanding, released two new models and designed three more, quadrupled the size of the website, took over 4000 photos, went from shipping one guitar a week, to 18 a week.... I think the Grover thing can wait.

After all, at its capacity in the first year, anything we do with Grover will be less than 5% of our overall output, but have the same effort we put into the GTR series (which was 2 years). Sometimes, other things take priority, but that doesnt mean its not happening. The MOST important thing was making sure Grover had the opportunity with Friedman, as adding us into the mix (which he was happy to do), would have really added way too much workload on his small team.

They also will not be a model we have previously done before (SR), so no one even knows what that is yet

Not sure if you're in the GTR group/community but it's also been discussed there a fair bit with Perry asking about interest and options. It's an exciting time ahead!

Ahhhh gotcha. All clear now. I, too, would focus on the areas of my business that generate the most volume. I'm not part of the GTR community (no Facebook), so I've missed out on a considerable amount of updates!

Perry said next run is Sharks, either Hype or SX, not sure which yet (So want SX, buttphvckit). Limited, limited numbers, and dealers get priority order crack at them. Maybe this or next month, details to follow. I am glued to my news feed....
