Yep, I did both. Commented on FB, YouTube, wrote PM and no answer. It seems to be like Coca-Cola recipe

100% sure it's not drop A. Listen to the first part and watch his fingers, the 7th string is for sure a B. Other arpeggios seem more Or less standard shapes. I just don't have time to go over the entire song, but just try it in standard.
Like, why do you need to know anyway unless you are transcribing it? If you are transcribing it, then you ought to be able to figure this out on your own.

Maybe it's just standard tuning with some changes on the top B and E string

Don't know about this song in particular, but on one of Sergey's streams he said that his tuning is: E A E A D G B E
