general question for the mods since i can't seem to find any clarity in the rules.
I am a pedal builder. I'm not a big time builder - it's more of a hobby business that i have going.
I have been banned from here for posting pics of some of the stuff that i've done - not for sale, just gutshots, graphics, build threads, etc and I don't post my stuff for sale here. What's the deal with this? There are people in the luthier's forum who post build pics of stuff that they are building for others but that seems to be ok?
There are some other posts which are blatant advertising like this one http://www.sevenstring.org/forum/showthread.php?t=316820 posted by "a friend".
Just wanted some clarity and consistency on what is acceptable and what isn't.
