Questions on how to hook up a rack system idea

So this is what I am working with, and what i want to achieve is to be able to use all.of this in a rack, and control it from the floor. Meaning i want to couple the tube power amp and sansamp for my dirty channel, utilize the pod proHD X as solely a rack FX unit where ill also build my clean channel, be able to attach the 2 channel parametric to shaoe tone and for reductive EQing to effect only the dirty channel if possible, and I was hoping to do this without having to re-buy an amp selector. Is this possible? But first and foremost, how would I hook this all up to work together? I'm stuck at running the Pod Pro together with the preamp and having a way to also integrate the dual Parametric.

4. OUTBOARD TONE SHAPING:
Art Dual Tube EQ 2 Channel Parametric EQ
