Recording Martin Guitars

Here are some songs I recorded recently, just straight up acoustic with minimum EQ, no effects. Tell me what you guys think:

Listening to the first one just now. Sounds really nice. If I'm being picky (no pun intended) I find the particular tonal qualities of the picking hand fingers returning percussively to the strings to be unpleasant. It's not the style of playing I have issue with, just there seems to be something quite spiky about how it sounds in this context.
The overall sound reminds me of John Mayer's "Stop This Train" but that percussive bit is much more pronounced in yours.
