Honestly a giant scale electric violin would be awesome. Maybe you could just goof around with saddle heights on a normal guitar, but I doubt a guitarist would be able to use a bow on it very easily.

Fodera made Victor Wooten a "Bow Bass" for a classical piece he was going to perform with an orchestra. Basically what you're describing, half-moon radiused fretboard, raised bridge saddles.

While it's not for me, and I was going to joke how it'd likely spend its life hanging on the wall of a head shop, it seems too well done for that. Even the pattern could be much much worse, and the green binding pulls it all together. It's like...a really well-made zoot suit. I can respect it, but still laugh at it.
